WHAT I DO

ABOUT BLITZ

Blitz is focused on offering every individual, no matter what age or fitness level, the best hour in the gym every time they attend a session. No one should feel as if they can not attend the gym due to their past experiences or fitness levels and it is my focus to make sure all your goals and requirements are met within every session.

Blitz ethos is built around always looking at the long term with sustainable and realistic goals instead of being short sighted and looking at short term goals. This will develop not only healthy physical habits, but it will also help you mentally with overcoming barriers you may not have been able to achieve yourself.

Blitz is not a one size fits all personal training service. Every individual is catered for separately as every individual should be cared for and feel not part of a service but part of a community.

What are you waiting for? It’s your time to BLITZ.

ABOUT ME

I started out as that young lad that walked into a gym not knowing what any machine did and was not sure on what I was doing. Funnily enough, the first time I walked into a weights room I walked out immediately because I was intimidated and felt stupid for being there.

I was once very overweight and have been in the situation where I needed to make a change, so the gym was my only solution. Fast forward five years and I am proud to be able to help other people on their fitness journeys. It is my passion to see people progress and make strides to becoming the best version of themselves. There is nothing better than seeing someone smile after completing a certain lift or achieving a goal. I am the trainer, however you are the one that must put the work in because I cannot do all the burpees or squats for you.

I have been a personal trainer for three years; and it has been my full-time job since the start of 2020. Over the course of this time, I have achieved a degree in sports coaching. This means that I can train my clients using a balance of academic reasoning and first-hand experience in personal training.
