MY STORY

Nathan Squires - Personal Trainer

I was once very overweight and have been in the situation where I needed to make a change, so the gym was my only solution. Fast forward five years and I am proud to be able to help other people on their fitness journeys. It is my passion to see people progress and make strides to becoming the best version of themselves. There is nothing better than seeing someone smile after completing a certain lift or achieving a goal they have strived towards.

Blitz is focused on offering every individual, no matter what age or fitness level, the best hour in the gym every time they attend a session. The Blitz ethos is built around always looking at the long term through sustainable and realistic goals. Not only does this develop healthy physical habits, but it will also help you overcome all those mental barriers that may have been stopping you in the past.
